Annual Maintenance Contracts for most of the equipments are offered after the expiry of warranty. DVS has trained and experienced engineers and good stock of critical spares to support the customers during any breakdowns. However, this service is for the labour only. DVS has formulated a unique "On-Call Service Contract” wherein the customers can register their equipments with DVS post warranty on an Annual basis. When registered, a customer enjoys priority Service visits to attend the breakdown, which can reduce the machine down time considerably in case of breakdowns. Also, if the user machine is registered, On-Call Service charges are heavily discounted from our normal fees.

DVS provides training for the machines at site.
The operation and maintenance trainings are provided free of cost at site during the installation of the equipments after purchase.

Test program development for ABI diagnostic testers are undertaken on a project basis as a means of providing customised solutions for our ABI customers. DVS India is the only authorised component modelling software house of GenRad in the whole of Asia. We have the expertise of developing models for the latest LSI/VLSI/Hybrid devices.
